As of 20 minutes ago, the 'Grill Sergeant' was busy 'roasting' that pig. Mike sez it takes about 24 hours to smoke it right. He was placing different types of wood under it to get the right smoke.

(Poor little pig had his tail and snout wrapped in aluminum foil.) (The animal, not Mike.)
