From the size of the motor and tires, he's about 3 feet tall. That's a mini-bike, not a full motorcycle.

Not an expert or anything but I am calling Photoshop here on this one.. His freakin head is as big as the cement thing holding the light up. Could possibly be a mini bike but it looks right proportionally to the surroundings. He looks WAY out of proportion...LOL
