DOG FOUND: Wildewood/California Area

My Husband was on his way home from work around 3:45 and rescued a small breed, reddish colored dog who was darting back and forth in the NB lanes of RT 235 near Wildewood/VFW Post 2632. No collar. He has the dog in the truck with him and is taking it home. He hasn't even had time to check to see if it's a boy or a girl! We will check with our vet to see if they can scan for a chip. In the meantime, if you, or anyone you know lost a small breed dog in that area, please send me a PM so we can see if it's yours!!

Well, it's a "he" and he has no chip. :frown: Cute little guy, and well behaved. We'll hang onto him and keep checking the classified ads. If anyone hears anything or knows someone missing their buddy, please PM me. We can't keep him forever. Two cats and a "horse" for a grandpup have us all filled up!

Does my butt look big?
The one I was thinking about is very tiny and has a colar on when he comes here...did you put the collar on him in the pics? I called them no answer..lol they are probably out looking for their dog..he lives not far from where you found him but hi is really small and dont know if he would have made it that far.but probably only a mile from his house...look to see if his private parts are shaved around lol

Nope, private parts not shaved, and he has his vegetables!

I just wanted to say that last year, on my WEDDING DAY, my mom's dog took off like a bat out of hell. Someone in Wildewood picked her up and took her to the local shelter, who then called TN (from her tags), who contacted my mother and reunited them. I was so scared - I've been hit by a car in Wildewood so I just new that weird little dog was a goner.

So, THANK YOU so much to all of you that care enough to help. We certainly appreciate it!
