I realize frontline/vectra are for ticks and fleas, etc...does it also protect dogs from chiggers?.....

you would have to use a "light" spray each time they would be entering into an area where chiggers may be
you want to use a product that is a Pyrethrin base.... but be careful if you have cats... as this is toxic to them
I use the spays you use on horses and it works great. My guys have not had chiggers since and neither have I!!!!

if you want look for the one that has the lower percent of pyrethrin... so you feel more comfortable.... and you can use your reg. flea and tick as well.
