Dog running around Huntington Circle in Waldorf.!!

This dog has been running around Huntington Circle in Waldorf for weeks now. It's very standoffish and runs when you try to get close. My parents have been leaving food out for it and letting it sleep on their screened in back porch when it wants to. We don't know if it's lost or a stray but contact me if you know any info as to who it belongs to. Thanks!!!

apparently it's been hanging out close to the V.E.I.P. for several weeks. i called animal control and they said they had already tried to catch it, but no one can get close enough. it's been running around for like a month or so.
