I have always hated seeing dogs chained up or just kept outside. I mean, what the hell is the point of having a pet if you don't want anything to do with it??? I maybe can understand keeping your hunting dogs in an outside kennel area, not chained up, but in a pen... but not just your regular family pet, ya know? Key word "family" pet.
