Anyone with more than two functioning Brain Cell would post a link to any information that would back up their assertion, otherwise they would be thought a liar

This Should Bring The Whole Case Down – The Feds Involved In The Trump Raid Allegedly Have Been Under Investigation By Durham For Abuse Of Power

To make things worse the investigative journalist Paul Sperry who has more of his leaks confirmed so far claims another huge twist is underway.

The feds involved in the Trump raid HAVE BEEN under investigation by Durham for abuse of power!

Sperry’s Twitter account has been deleted and he has been censored after publishing this information!

Here’s the information on Gettr:

DEVELOPING: Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump’s home work in the same CounterIntelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed “espionage” investigation at Mar-a-Lago.

FBI a Great Threat to Democracy: Victor Davis Hanson

Hanson pointed to a disparity between the FBI’s treatment of Trump—who’s said everything short of announcing a 2024 run—and what he observed as the agency’s reluctance to prosecute other establishment figures who were once presidential candidates or likely candidates.

“Didn’t James Comey tell us that when he was investigating Hillary Clinton and he found thousands of emails that were classified, and there was evidence that she took a hammer and broke up her devices and [used the] BleachBIT Program to bleach it?” Hanson asked rhetorically. “[Comey] basically said, ‘well, she did things that were wrong, but she’s a candidate—and I’m not going to interfere in [the] election.’”

Then-FBI Director Comey said in July 2016 that the agency would bring no charges against Hilary Clinton for mishandling classified information, despite finding evidence that Hilary Clinton and her team “were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

‘Revolutionary Cycle’

According to Hanson, the big picture overshadowing the raid is that the left has perceived Trump as such a threat to the republic that it would use any means against him, putting America in a “revolutionary cycle.”

“Because we’re in a revolutionary cycle—or the left has now said—under the pretext that Donald Trump is so extraordinarily threatening to the republic that it requires any means necessary to end him,” Hanson said, “and therefore we’re going to do things that are revolutionary.”

As a part of the power struggle, Hanson noted, the left has tried “legal” or “institutional” measures.

“Let’s get rid of the filibuster. Let’s pack the court. We’re going to form two more states. We’re going to have a national voting law. We’re going to get rid of the Electoral College,” Hanson said of the left. “None of that’s worked yet.”

Then, Hanson said, come the “extra-legal” means.

“We’ve established a precedent that the House minority leader has no say about the nominations on a committee,” Hanson said, referring to the Jan. 6 Committee. “The speaker of the House says … ‘no one is going to be on the January 6 committee and bother us unless they meet two criteria: they have to impeach Donald Trump, and they have to be politically inert with no future in the Republican Party.’”

“They’re also saying, if we don’t like the State of the Union, we tear it up on national TV. We just tear it up,” Hanson said, referring to the 2020 incident when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tore up Trump’s State of the Union speech on national television.

“We’re going to impeach a president, in his first term, the moment he loses the majority in the House,” Hanson said. “We’re going to impeach a president twice. We’re going to impeach a president when he is a private citizen and out of office.”

“And so they have set precedents—that and we’re not even talking about the Supreme Court—we’re going to set precedents that the Senate minority leader is going to go to the Supreme Court doors and threaten by name the Supreme Court Justices,” Hanson said, recalling when Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), then the upper chamber’s minority leader, said in 2020 that Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch of the Supreme Court “will pay the price” for unspecified “awful decisions.”

Don’t believe a word from either the Washington Post or the FBI. Trump had been cooperating with the National Archive and had already turned over 15 boxes of documents, all of which he could have made a claim to legally possess. If they wanted papers turned over, they could have gone through Trump’s lawyers. No, they wanted the spectacle. They wanted the sizzle. They wanted the headlines.

This wasn’t about the rule of law; it was about the rule of the schoolyard. Bullies get what they want through force and intimidation, and there is no reason for any of us to believe that the raid had any purpose other than to intimidate Donald Trump into backing down from his plans to run for president in 2024.

Essentially what the FBI was saying is “We know where you live, and we aren’t afraid to come for you.” They even rifled through Melania Trump’s closet, as if she might have been hiding top-secret documents in her hat box. When do we find out they also spent an hour sorting through her lingerie?

This is sickening, no matter how much MSNBC and the Washington Post want you to think you can still trust the FBI. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me over and over and over again, and I must be a Democrat.

GOP Rep. Jordan says 14 FBI whistleblowers have come forward since Trump raid

Prior to the raid, the FBI battled two separate sets of whistleblowers attesting to political bias within the Department of Justice and the FBI.

One contingent alleged that Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault showed political bias in his handling of investigations by withholding the partisan nature of evidence against Trump to convince his superiors to approve an investigation. He further allegedly worked to falsely discredit evidence against President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.

A second group asserted that former Assistant Director of the FBI Counterterrorism Division and Executive Assistant Director of the National Security Branch Jill Sanborn pressured her subordinates to reclassify cases as "domestic violent extremism" (DVEs) to provide statistical support to the Biden administration's narrative that the issue presented the "greatest threat" to the United States.

Beginning in late May, Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley called attention to then-Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault over political bias concerns. Thibault expressed support for several "highly partisan" opinion articles on LinkedIn and made a series of politically charged social media posts, according to Grassley, who referred Thibault to the Office of Special Counsel to address the federal agent's potential violations of the Hatch Act, which bars government officials from partisan political activity.

Concerns surrounding Thibault escalated in July, as whistleblowers came forward claiming Thibault's partisan persuasion directly impacted his work at the bureau. While seeking approval from FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland to open an investigation into Trump's 2020 presidential campaign, Thibault withheld from them that his predicating evidence was based in "substantial part" on information from a "left-aligned organization," according to Grassley's office.

In a separate instance, whistleblowers claim Thibault worked to falsely discredit evidence against President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, and prevent the bureau from investigating him.

"Whistleblowers have told my office that the FBI maintains many sources that have provided extensive information on Hunter Biden," Grassley said in August. "That information allegedly involves potential criminal activity such as money laundering. According to allegations, the underlying information was verified and verifiable. However, instead of green-lighting investigative activity, the FBI shut it down."

Grassley also pointed to Robert Pilger of the Election Crimes Branch, who he alleges was of vital aid to Thibault in his efforts to open the investigation into Trump. Former Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue, the Iowa Republican noted, testified that "Pilger's conduct frustrated the department's ability to properly operate the Election Crimes Branch."

Thibault, Grassley confirmed, was reassigned to an unspecified posting prior to the bureau securing a warrant to raid Trump's estate. Sources briefed on the raid confirmed to Just the News that the agents came from the Washington Field Office, in which Thibault was serving until just days prior.

U.S. Justice Dept opposes unsealing affidavit used to search Trump's home

Summary by Ground News

The Justice Department rebuffed efforts to make public the affidavit supporting the search warrant for former President Donald Trump's estate in Florida. Prosecutors say the investigation implicates highly classified material and the document contains sensitive information about witnesses. The government's opposition came in response to court filings by several news organizations seeking to unseal the underlying affidavit.

It's going to be interesting to see the charges they indict Donald Trump on, but they will indict him IMO.

Just as an example of Trump hatred, let's take Liz Cheney.
She has destroyed her political career and her credibility and her popularity with voters , and yet she said today that even if she lost the primary she would do all she could possibly do to destroy Donald Trumps chances of re-election. Now that is idiocy and hate of the highest order.

Indictments and Raids: FBI Moves against Fringe “Influencers” in Russia Probe

Of note on p. 11 of the indictment is this passage:

On or about August 13, 2015, defendant IONOV caused electronic messages to be sent to UIC‑2 directing UIC‑2 to write a petition to the United Nations ‘ASAP’ alleging that the United States had committed genocide against African people in the United States and also directing UIC‑2 to send the petition to the UN office in New York and to the websites of the White House and Change.org.

Change.org is a petition website generally associated with political causes typically of concern to left‐leaning political activists and voters, not just in the United States but globally.

Whether the FBI is targeting Change.org itself is unknown at this juncture, but if it is it would be a deeply alarming development from a First Amendment standpoint. And the fact that the FBI has taken an interest in a speech‐centric political advocacy platform like Change.org as a potential vehicle for foreign influence operations may itself have a chilling effect on those considering using Change.org or similar platforms to push for specific political reform proposals.

Assuming the allegations asserted in the indictment by DoJ with respect to Ionov are valid, the case against him seems fairly straightforward. But the APSP and the Uhuru House and its related political movement can only be described as fringe, bit players on the American political scene whose previous statements and stances already mirrored the Kremlin’s line decades before Aleksandr Ionov came along. It makes one wonder why the FBI targeted such marginal groups with little to no impact on the broader political process, and whether an unstated goal of the raids was to put the entire domestic political advocacy community on notice that a domestic group with foreign connections is considered fair game for FBI scrutiny even if legitimate First Amendment activity is involved.

Whether the raids on the APSP and Uhuru House will lead to indictments against individuals in those organizations is something only time will tell.

Former FBI agent Robert Cessario pleaded guilty to destroying evidence connected to the corruption trial of former Arkansas Republican state Sen. Jon Woods.

Cessario admitted in a plea deal that he paid a company to "wipe" his computer's hard drive to make the data unavailable for forensic examination, ABC 40/29 News reported.

He acknowledged on Wednesday that he erased the hard drive knowing that its contents were relevant to the official investigation with the intention of deleting the evidence.

"Questions arose in the case about when and in what manner I had obtained the recordings," Cessario stated. "Therefore, the court ordered that the computer be forensically examined by the FBI. On December 4, 2017, before taking it for forensic examination, I took the computer to a business and paid the business to 'wipe' the computer to completely erase the contents of the hard drive."
