I assume a bunch of people are shopping and thinking they are receiving bargains but they're actually getting ripped off. If the police are there it's probably just a methhead being caught stealing merchandise.

SIL went down, 10 am, doors locked, lights on.. police cars in the parking lot..

At 11:55 doors were still locked. Not sure if this is the case today, but my daughter did say this morning that for a couple of weeks now, they have not opened on time because they don't have enough help. Something about needing a manager or asst manager on duty at all times but they don't have enough assistants. Apparently this happens on weekends when the regular manager doesn't work. I think she said 2 weeks ago they didn't open till 1pm. I think she said this also is the case at the Dollar Store - not enough managers so they close on Tuesdays and/or Fridays.

for real?! I was in there sometime around the holidays and the man ahead of me was checking out and just had his grimey, grubby hand held over his face Cashier wasn't saying boo. I'm not gonna tattle on anyone, but he looked like the kind of person who should wear a mask and gloves wherever he goes simply for his hygeine Definitely pulled out my purell before stepping up to the register after that one.
