Is anyone else dealing with these folks as they install their pipeline all over Calvert county? If so, do you have any insight on the room for negotiation as a land owner? They have given us an offer which seems very low but I have no experience with this type of thing. In my opinion they are lowering my land value by putting this pipeline on my property and I feel I should be reimbursed sufficiently. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, it is a gas pipeline that they will be burying. I realize it is happening whether I like it or not. The question lies with the compensation being offered and if anyone has dealt with this type of negotiation process before.
