Parents left their baby unattended on a boat - completely unsupervised - and she went in the water and drowned.

But wait! There's more!

They set up a GFM type of thing and have so far collected $18,000.

WTAF???

For your consideration ...

Going on today's societal breakdown, I'm going with he and she wanted and conducted an afterbirth abortion. Why? Well, just becasue. Think about it. It's only their word. There are no other witnesses. And it's a good plausible story as well.

Well, maybe, but my initial take is they're careless morons who leave their baby unattended on a boat. "Oh, we had her tethered to something!" :smack:

Monello and I went to the beach yesterday and there was this stupid woman in the water up to just below her chest carrying a very small baby. It takes but a second for a wave to knock you off your feet and now your baby drowns. People are so incredibly stupid they make my teeth hurt.

It's similar to tethering a dog in a pick up truck when the tether is to long. They can unfortunately hang themselves. I did read the story that the baby was able to work itself out of it. Happens with animals also.

Don’t forget about NL Summer Vacation when they tethered the dog to the bumper…

I’m not a boat person so I don’t understand the boat life, but I think I have enough understanding not to leave a tethered 13month old unsupervised on a boat. A catamaran at that.
Or leave a 13 month old unsupervised at all. Only takes a second for them to get into trouble.

My grandson just turned 1 year old on Saturday. I can't imagine leaving him to fend for himself for 2 minutes. He's very active and mobile. 👶
