Why does the end of his nose look scarred. I've never seen it look that way before. Reminds me of the I Love Lucy where she burnned the end of her "Silly Putty" nose.

The beard, eyeliner, and eyebrows are tattoos. The nose is made of silly putty with duct tape underneath holding it all together. A little bit of pancake on top and ...voila!
