Call Blocker, 1 800 list, I have done it all and they still call.

I have so much fun with them! I hand the phone to one of the daycare kids and tell them it's "Santa."
They start talking and asking for stuff.
Or if my son is here (he's 35) I let him take the calls from telemarketers.


You'd bust a gut if you could here him do a "jerky boy's routine" on them!

I do let my daughter handle a few of the calls

I LOVE consumer calls! If they say they're from a mortgage company and ask if I would like to refinance, I tell them: "Nope, I paid cash for my house." "Well, Ma'am...would you like to make any home improvements?" Me: "Lord I hope not; the house is only a month old."

If it's a phone company, I typically tell them I OWN a phone company. They usually just hang right up.

The do not call list only prevents unsolicited calls. If you put your phone number on a contest application, or just about anything on the internet, you're fair game for calls.......read the fine print next time:shrug:
