Anyone recently have a door to door salesman come selling some apple sented cleaner?

He asked me a few questions that have me a little concerned that he wasn't really a salesman. He asked if I had any pets or if there was anyone else living in the house.

What you should have said was "Why yes, I have 2 Dogs. A rottweiler and a doberman. Will it get the smell outa my couch from them? What about my husbands feet, ever since he got out of prision he feet have been nasty and I just cant get the feet smell to go away. What is it with big guys and stinky feet"

My mom was receiving crank calls a few years back. She must have gotten at least 5 calls. Each call was nastier than the one before it. My dad finally got on the phone when the guy called back and fired a blank pistol, point-blank into the mouthpiece. The guy never called back again.

Well I am pretty sure they are legit because they were out again today. Only salesmen are that persistant.

just ask them to provide you with their license to sell door to door.

In Maryland it is a requirement.

All things like that are shady. Especially when they start out asking personal questions. The easiest thing to do is tell them to and slam the door in their face.
