Michigan chiropractor may have mis-handled two teenage girls
OCTOBER 19--A Michigan chiropractor has had his license suspended after state investigators charged that he fondled two teenagers after telling the girls that their breasts were "uneven" and in need of adjustment. In a complaint filed by the state's Department of Community Health (a copy of which you'll find below), Robert Moore is accused of negligence and lack of moral character in connection with his care of the teens, both of whom worked for him.

In the Navy (you can sail the seven seas), we had a Chief Corpsman who transferred to the clinic in San Diego. I saw him three months later picking up trash as an E-1 waiting to be discharged and deported. He did the same sort of thing to about a dozen women until one complained.

I understand the fantasy part, but to actually do it? Twisted!
