Dr. hotchkiss info?

Need some help guys... my wife is pregnant, and has had Dr Hotchkiss as her OB... she Is very comfortable with him, and doesn't want to find a new OB. He had a contract with civista, which just recently expired. He told us this would happen, and that he would be opening up his own practice once it did. Problem is, the assistants at civista refuse to give us any contact info for him, and we have no means of getting ahold of him. Does anyone have contact info for him?

I have been to Dr. Hotchkiss for quite a few years. He delivered both of my children and performed a small surgical procedure on me several years back (thankfully all ok). I'd highly recommend him.

I recently tried to schedule for an annual exam and was told it would be a couple months before I could get in to see him as he was booked that far in advance. I opted to get in a little sooner and saw the female that is in practice with him.
