Does anybody reccomend dr. miller or have any good/bad experiences with his office? I have no clue about ped's in st. marys. I heard dr. sheth was good, but he doesnt take my insurance....

Yes he's great. Been my kids pediatrician since they were little tots.
Both my kids have seen Dr. Miller since they were born 13yo girl & 10 yo boy. I love him. He is wonderful. He is located in Leonardtown and in Waldorf. Some folks on the forums have said that they are not too happy with the office staff but I have never had any problems. His associated Dr. Reed and Dr. Smith are wonderful as well. He is a very thorough

our 2 year old has seen dr. reed/dr. miller since the day she was born. we really like them. well, hubby and I like them both. little girl is afraid of dr. miller but is ok with dr. reed. (dr. miller can be a little loud and that apparently scares her, dr. reed is a bit more soft spoken)

Whatever you do don't go to the Shah's! One of the doctors at their pediatricians office told my daughter she was obese to her face and made her cry. She is only a few pounds overweight. I don't like them, and I don't think telling an impressionable young girl she's obese is a good thing to do in this day and age with all the eating disorders. Dr. Sheth has taken over with my kids and he says she is fine, she is not overweight and what she needs to lose she will lose this summer from playing and growing. Those Drs. over there are all full of crap! JMHO!

I have taken my kids to Dr. Miller for almost 16 years and love him. He's fantastic, and I've never had problems with his office staff...knock on wood. Even if I did, I would let him know but wouldn't switch doctors for it.
Hate the Shaw's. It's my biggest fear every time I have to go to the emergency room that they are there and will get the opprotunity to start test/procedures and billing. I don't think they value human life much...or pain...just the almighty dollar. Everytime I ever have to see a Shaw I feel de-humanitized somehow.
If you ever have to deal with the Shaw group, go over every bill with a fine tooth comb, they over-bill.

There are so many threads on this but again I take my kids there and they love the drs.

Both of my kids go there. I saw Dr. Miller as a child myself up until my teenage years.
My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Reed, who is in practice with Dr. Miller.
She will only see him.
My son loves them all Dr. Miller, Dr. Reed and Dr. Smith

I so totally agree. What a waste of time. The subject of the Shah's get my blood boiling everytime.

Love the doctors but I've had lots of trouble with the receptionists and such in the office. I've since discover that if you have a problem, all you have to do is ask to speak to MRS. Miller, who is the office manager and they will fall all over themselves to fix the problem.
