Dr. Roache is the best. He is to-the-point; he doesn't "sugarcoat" things. He is a top-notch surgeon, in my opinion. Some have described him as a "country doctor." Dr. Roache is a "Navy Doctor;" Retired Officer.

If you have questions he will answer them and explain things until you understand; without "talking down" to you.

One of best around. Have always gone to him first with any possible surgeries and also for 2nd opinions. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great Dr and great person...Not one to hand out pills, that's what I like about him.......Just heal and get over it...............LOL He couldn't do the surgery I needed, but he sent me to the best and handled getting all my info to them ahead of time, so I didn't have to waste time getting everything myself.........
