It's a great movie. Jennifer Hudson will blow your mind. The audience I saw Dreamgirls with on Christmas Day erupted with applause after her performance of "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going." Eddie Murphy also did a great job, maybe the best performance of his career.
It's better than most recent movie musicals, including Chicago, The Phantom of the Opera, The Producers, and Rent.

Jamie Foxx was sexy as ever and so was Mr. Danny Glover who when I saw him on screen I almost broke out into a song myself. "Mister, you been on my mind..".
