Drilled Well & Pump question

Its been in for 34+ years
Branham put it in. (Deep)
No upgrades/disturbances.
Now we have a gradual loss of pressure and the water is slightly discoloring our sinks/toilets. Possible slight odor.

Who has a strong recommendation for a "well doctor?"
