Contact was made with the victim, an 18 year old male, who had sustained a gunshot wound to his thigh. The victim advised he was walking in the area of Millison Plaza, located in Lexington Park, when a vehicle approached and fired a round in his direction. The victim was able to leave the scene on foot, and was transported to an area hospital where he is in stable condition.

sorry, just not buying that this guy was ambling near the movie theatre at about 11pm, and some random car cruises by to pop a cap at him for no reason.....
