The story goes that during the debates between Nixon and Kennedy, when voters heard them both on the radio, the edge went to Nixon. When they saw them both live, the clear edge went to Kennedy.
That was especially true when they compared their performances in both mediums after a specific debate event, where Nixon had been running his campaign ragged, and certainly didn't look his best, but it was overall true.
The lockdowns were certainly convenient for the Joe, as he didn't have to go out and put his face in front of people and articulate...whatever it was he was supposed to articulate.
Perception is reality, in many cases, whether we like it or not.

Yup. And it's not like Joe played a big part in the Obama administration, despite his claims of "Yeah, that clean darkie Osamo , I taught that Corn Pop looking MFer everything he knows."
I do get consolation knowing that Obama must loathe going out there to polish the turd that is Joe Biden and how it must chap his ass to choke out those words of praise.

IMO Obama keeps Joe there because Joe is perfect for playing Walter to Obama,s Jeff Dunham.
Biden is Obama's third term puppet, if he loses Biden has will have to pressure Camel Toe to be his Puppet, pretty sure it won't be a great problem, but why change horses midstream.

I've felt from the start that while Barry isn't the power behind the throne, he is Joe's puppet master, mainly because Biden #hearts Barry because Barry "gets" him.
