Walmart usually has a bin up near the front of the stores, and typically better grocery stores will have it - try Giant or HT.

Harris Teeter in Dunkirk has it for sure. I've heard that Safeway in Prince Frederick does. Be careful with it, it's so cold it will cause instant frostbite.
