St Marys pretty lax about it, I see them all the time. Subdivisions might be a different story, of course.

When my uncle Stanley peeled the top back on one under a overpass and a couple of people inside got hurt he couldn't get a hold of the people at the trucking company so he just got everybody out of the trailer and took it home. That company never called him back so he finally welded the top back and just kept it in his yard. He used it to hang meats, shuck oysters, everything. Anyways he invited a bunch of people to come and watch animal scuffles inside like possum vs. raccoon and possum vs. 2 rats and ultimate housecat championship. It got real popular and he even did requests like old man vs. housecat and old man vs. old woman. Well the cops came and he found out the hard way that it was very illegal. The cops charged him with lots of crimes but having a trailer in his yard was not one.

St. mary's seems to ignore a lot of rules if you know the right people and your neighbor doesn't.

I think what we learned from the Tale of Two Gas Stations was the county didnt really have many rules. Cruise down Park Hall Road. If there's a rule against using those, that guy would be toast. He's even got a wood stove in there.
