If you have done all that, why not do the drywall yourself? Everything you have done is tougher, in my mind.

What does this have to do with computers, technology or the internet?

She said wiring and plumbing - that's technology. But I've got to agree, it's kind of like Religion being in Chit-Chat. :lmao:

Okay, the technology thing tripped me up. My threads about religion are in chit chat because it is frowned upon to have controversial discussions in the religion forum. So, :neener:

I know the reason. I've been keeping up just thought it was a little funny. Don't mind me, it's all good.

I still think that they can do the drywall themselves.

We put some dry wall up ourselves. It was not a pretty picture.

Did you also frame, wire, and ?

Yes. The plumbing has become a sticking point. Has been for several years now. So much so that is has become a storage room. :lmao: There is a beautiful tub, sink and toilet just sitting there collecting dust and junk.

Okay, mark the list. Don't ask Elaine or Speedo for any help with plumbing.

Do not go with T.L.C. they didn't show up on some days, the foreman was drunk by 2:00PM when we called on more than one instance. Took them several days and a lot of phone calls before they even attempted to clean up, which they never finished cleaning up.

I wouldn't worry about it. I've found that it doesn't really matter where you post something, it will still get traffic.

Allied Drywall. If it is not listed, I will have to ask the ex for the number....It's his friends company and he took over for the original owner last year. They are good guys and I HIGHLY doubt that they will be drunk at 2PM...

Go to any bar in the county shortly after 4:00PM and look for the guys covered with mud (drywall puddy). See if any are willing to pick up some side work.

Drywall for Basement

Call Terry Howard (301) 373-8888. He does excellent work and is very reasonable. We had him finish the drywall in our basement and it looks great. I can forward you pictures if you would like. Also, check out Bay Billiards & Game Room Products (301) 373-9300 if you decide to put in a game room. They have a nice selection of game room products at extremely nice prices.

Yeah he's been doing it for years, as long as I have known him and that has been since middle school.
