The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a fatal shooting outside of the Jasper's Restaurant located at 9640 Lottsford Road, early Saturday morning. The victim is 33-year-old Cornelius McDonald of Upper Marlboro.

Just spit-balling here, but these might be a few reasons why. Sub-Saharan level IQ. Lacking impulsivity control, behavioral problems, inability to control mood and emotions, lack of self-control, lack of empathy, and an inability to behave appropriately in social situations.

The MAOA gene predicts aggression and influences the brain’s neural response to psychosocial stress. Evidence from clinical and preclinical studies suggests a link between monoamine oxidase A levels in the brain and aggression.

The stress response can be seen in all the videos of blacks freaking out in airports and restaurants. They aren't the only ones doing it but they sure seem to be a disproportionate group acting out in public.

I would think the DOD would do more research on this if they were indeed intent on finding people that would be more inclined to fight and fight harder when conflict broke out. They could create platoons of super soldiers.

You would think growing up, they would have learned self control and sensible conflict resolution from their fathers?
