Dumbass laptop

I have a HP Pavilion ze2000 and I swear the SOB has a mind of its own.

I can be doing whatever...surfing the internet, working offline, and all of a sudden, it just shuts down.

Sometimes there's a little screen that pops up for like 1/2 second, like that phishing filter screen....or when it's running startups it'll say it cannot find lsass.exe, then shut down. And it's really beginning to piss me off.

Norton won't let me run a full scan without it shutting down.

Some think I have a power management problem. The battery drains fast as well also. I've unplugged the battery and just run it on AC, it does the same thing.

Mine did that just before it crashed from being overloaded with horrible virus. A hacker in my neighborhood apparently got bored one night and put a backdoor trojan/worm on it and it shut down for no apparent reason at irregular intervals, and finally just crashed. :eyebrow: best of luck to you though

Someone left red karma for me for posting a reply to this post, saying "dimwit child". Umm yeah, that was real mature, and for your information, I'm far from a child in my age, mentality, and wisdom, so grow up, k? :buttkick:

No, it wasn't me. I happen to agree with her, so there would be no reason to give red.

Bill Gates didn't leave his wife and child on the streets and refuse to help in the littlest way.

I can actually upgrade a PC with a new video card and memory, and plug something in and it works.
