Dyno jet

I was thing about getting the dyno jet for my honda 400 ex, it has a white brothers exaust and a K an N air filter. will i get a good power change from this. Also how do i know what size jets to use.

I belong to a forum for the bike I own. I'd suggest you do a search for yours and ask in there. The guys on my forum are well versed in those type changes and very willling to help. They may be able to help you if you can't find the anwser.
