as of today, two days before official counting, 72 million votes have been tallied for Wes Moore....

But seriously, would Moore be any different from Fatboy Larry??? Really?

I don't know a helluva lot about Cox nor Moore.
But I do know Democrats and Moore is one.
With our Legislature filled with Democrats and Moore as Governor we will be a perfect clone of California and Newsome. Stand by for the ram.

Hogan was not a far right conservative, but Wes Moore is going to take Maryland on a hard left turn. Hogan worked with Peter Franchot to spread money for projects around to places other than Baltimore city, Montgomery and Prince Georges counties. He and Franchot reversed O'Malley's tax grab. That will change. Moore will once again go back to the O'Malley game plan of everything for the three principle democrat areas. The Red line will be back on the table before next summer. Taxes will go up all through Maryland, with the new revenue primarily focused on those three areas. If Lierman wins comptroller the public works board will be a rubber stamp for progressive initiatives.

I never understood the republican hatred against Hogan in Md. I guess it all stemmed from him daring to question Trump. Yeah, he was not a far right conservative. Wake up, you live in Maryland. That is not possible. And you're going to see that in a few weeks. Dan Cox is not only going to lose, he is going to lose so badly that it will be the worst rout since 1986 when Schaeffer won with 82% of the vote. Cox will do better than that, but I seriously doubt he can crack 40%. I'm pegging him at 37% when it's all over. If there is one thing I am seriously pissed at the Hogan administration for is that they did not in any way grow the republican bench in Maryland. After 8 years of power they should have been able to field better successor candidates than Cox and Shulz.

Cox is a byproduct of democrats spending money on republican candidates.

It's going to be ugly. No doubt of that.
I will be voting for Cox, but Maryland is filled with voters who work in DC and live in Maryland. The refugees to Waldorf and PG County who left Southeast Washington when it started gentrification.

Geography is not MD's political friend. A small state dominated by two very large urban areas and the corridor in between.
