What do you cook/eat for Easter Dinner??
Normally ham with all the regular accompaniments, this year everyone decided they wanted steak subs- so much for traditions. What do you cook/eat for Easter Dinner??
If the weather is nice we cook out on the grill.
If it's nice out - grilled steak for the guys, grilled lamb chops for me!
It's suppose to be sunny and in the upper 70's so we're doing hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. Also potato salad, deviled eggs, chips, etc. A real family picnic!
Pretty traditional-spiral cut ham, kale, mac 'n cheese (5 cheeses), deviled eggs, cole slaw, sweet tea, and 3 layer fresh coconut cake.
Happy Easter!
Tofurky or Qourn roast... I havent decided! All the trimmings and this year Im making a carrot cake shaped like a bunny with coconut fur! Yaay!
