I doubt it's unsafe for work.

It's basically demonstrating a bariatric tool that allows you to eat like a disgusting pig, and then simply empty the food in your stomach through this spigot/catheter thing, which is surgically implanted in one's torso.

It's kinda vile, but nowhere near as vile as the concept of such invasive eating disorder enabling.
