The Calvert County Department of Economic Development is sponsoring a series of free virtual workshops to teach local businesses, sites and attractions the basics of hosting group bus tours. Hosted by Bristol Creek Consulting, participants will learn strategies, tactics and concrete steps to increase revenue by hosting visiting groups.
Virtual sessions are held every other Thursday at 1 p.m. beginning on April 28 and include:
- Group Tours 101
- Your Network is Your Net Worth
- Understanding the Group Tour World
- Sales Skills and Tips
- Let's Create an Itinerary
