Economy RV

I have been happy with them. I worked with Scott (owner/manager) many years ago to purchase a new pop-up camper when he worked at an RV dealership in the Forestville/Suitland area. More recently (about 2 years ago), we purchased a used travel trailer from Economy RV. We saw the trailer on line and went to the dealership. We put a deposit down on it and came back a few days later to finish up the paperwork. Scott gave us the discounted price because they were having a big sale on the day we came back to finish up the purchase, even though we could have paid the original price that it was being sold for. I have not used their service department, but I would hope that it is also a good experience. Good luck if you are purchasing something!

We bought our previous one there 6 years ago and had no complaints then. We decided to go bigger so sold that one to a friend. We just recently went to purchase a new one and the guy was really irritated by us being there, I did not catch his name. Apparently he was the only one there because they were getting ready for an expo. We left with no camper which I am still not happy about. We will probably buy from somewhere else just because I am not overly excited about going back and feeling like I am putting them out by taking up their time.

Ok then, those with campers, Travel Trailers etc, where did you get yours?

We bought ours in New Castle, Pa ..... Can't remember the name of the dealer off hand but it's a Flagstaff by Forrest River. May have bought from Economy but when we inquired in '12 the one we liked was already "promised" to someone else and they didn't know when they were going to get anymore in..... got a great deal in Pa, only drawback is they're not local
