Ehrlich Order Gives State Workers a Feeling of Big Brother Watching

State workers are fuming over an order by Gov . Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. requiring them to tell their superiors if they are involved in any legal proceedings. The order is intended primarily to uncover arrests and unethical behavior but could also extend to divorces, bankruptcies and other civil matters.
