electric bike kits

is there any company in southern md that can take my bike, and add an electric motor kit to the front. i was thinking of doing it myself but figure that is something a professional should do. i think it would add a level of fun to an outdoor adventure. anyone know of anything or has anyone here done one themselves?

you might want to check into the gas models. I have seen a few that loooked like converted weedeater motors. I would bet they are lighter and more powerful than electric
