My 14-yr-old granddaughter shot her first elk. Yeah!

On another note, elk may be getting scarce in the next few years. Many reports of hunters catching wolves in the act of consuming baby elk as the cows are birthing them. Horrid.

The wolf problem is the reintroduction of wolves to Yellowstone. As they populated they went everywhere.

What made the enviromentalists think the wolves were not going to venture out baffles me.
