"How quickly CEO optimism has turned. I’m just back from the Yale CEO Caucus in Washington, where 100 CEOs gathered with 60 big-city mayors, policymakers, and journalists like me to talk off the record about “navigating Trump 2.0.” Gone is the optimistic dream of economic growth spurred by Trump’s pro-business mindset around taxes and regulation. In its place is the grave uncertainty of not knowing what this administration will do next. As the host, Yale professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, noted afterward, the consensus was one of bewilderment, condemnation and a feeling that “Trump’s policies were bad for the U.S. economy.”

Though the attendees identified as 60% Republican to 40% Democrat, the mood was dour. In a flash poll at the summit, 80% of CEOs said they find themselves “apologizing to our international partners for Trump’s capriciousness.” Eighty-five percent oppose his approach to tariffs and think they’re backfiring. Almost all—92%—are now concerned about recession. Indeed, Goldman Sachs’ chief economist just downgraded the entire U.S. economy. "

The only one losing a fortune is Elon.

And all Americans since Trump tanked the economy.

How's the price of eggs?
You mean Elon wrote him the biggest check.

You gonna run out and buy one? I thought you guys hated electric cars? Or was that just under Biden. Now you suddenly love a company that makes EV"S and solar panels?
Fortune by anyone's standards idiot.

For the 2022 United States elections, Soros was the country's largest donor. He donated $128.5 million to support the Democratic Party in the election cycle

Eggs???? Couldn't gaf less, I'll eat 2 every other month scrambled in my bacon grease. I'm a carnivore.
I DO use my share of gas which like eggs are coming down. Your gotcha didn't hunt. (as usual) 🖕

Are you really celberating a .04 cent drop as a win?

So why is Trump telling people to stop complaining about the price of eggs?

On Sunday, President Donald Trump shared on his Truth Social account an article written by conservative activist Charlie Kirk that called for Americans to "shut up" about rising egg prices and acknowledge the president's efforts to lower inflation.

Yep.. and he didn't say anything about reducing money to social security recipients..... keep searching and maybe you can find where Republicans are planning to push Gramma off the cliff in her wheelchair too

both sides.. even Biden liked Trump tariffs...

Example regarding tariffs.. is there fairness on these tariff imposed by Canada on US goods?

Liar it was you guys who claimed Obamacare would include death panels.

You can't even keep your lies and stories straight anymore
You're the liar... want to comment on these truths regarding "pushing Grandma off a cliff?

'Grandma' thrown off cliff by Paul Ryan lookalike in anti-GOP Medicare advert made by The Agenda Project

A liberal group has released a sensational advert in which a Paul Ryan lookalike pushes a wheelchair-bound old lady over a cliff.

The spot, made by New York-based The Agenda Project, is an analogy of what they believe the Republican representative's Medicare plans would do to senior citizens.

Juan Williams: Will House Republicans push granny off a cliff or cut Pentagon waste?

Granny is going over the cliff, again, apparently.

During the 2012 campaign, Democrats’ allies ran political advertisements showing a grandmother-like figure in a wheelchair heading for the big fall — along with everyone else on Social Security and Medicare — under Republican proposals to cut government spending.

This Infamous Granny-Over-The-Cliff Ad Shows How Democrats Will Destroy Paul Ryan

Perhaps the most illustrative example of these attacks is the infamous "granny-over-a-cliff" ad, from the liberal outside interest group The Agenda Project. The ad features a young man — who doesn't look unlike Paul Ryan — pushing an elderly woman in a wheelchair along a wooded path to the tune of "America The Beautiful." After a brief stroll, he pushes her off a cliff.

I am making the case that Elon bought and paid for the presidency and now Trump is his lap dog and is willing to do whatever Elon wants.

Including steering huge sums of Federal money to Elon's companies.

Do. you remember a few short months ago when Trump said"

"A few weeks earlier, during a rally in Ankeny, Iowa, Trump said of EVs: “They don’t go far. They cost a fortune.

Where are you going? ‘I’m going to Massachusetts.’ Well, you better get yourself a gas turbine because this car is not going to get you there,” he said. “Well, you could, if you stop about four times.”

That followed his joke during an event in Clive, Iowa, the previous month: “Electric cars are good if you have a towing company.”

So please tell me more about the billions that Trump is funneling to musk's companies. I'd love to hear about it. Unless perhaps you're referring to the $400 million cyber truck buy that was biden's deal. Pretty much planted as a poison pill I believe. Don't mind the italics. I'm doing voice to text and I can't be bothered to fix it. Or maybe referring to the billions that NASA is spending and other US government agencies to take advantage of the most prolific and safe launch company on the freaking planet providing services nobody else on the freaking planet can provide. Those are not subsidies dickweed their contracts for services rendered. And all of those contracts were let prior to the Trump administration.

You’re one of the ones that’s making money off the corruption and fraud in the system, aren’t you?

it makes sense now why you’re so adamant about stopping musk.

Did you say the same when the markets went down under Biden?

Elon Musk on Monday highlighted the cost of federal spending on entitlement programs, the latest sign of the tech billionaire and presidential adviser’s focus to downsize the federal government amid fears of cuts to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.

“Most of the federal spending is entitlements. So that’s the big one to eliminate. That’s the sort of half trillion, maybe six, 700 billion,” Musk said on Monday in an interview with Fox Business’ Larry Kudlow.
There is a lot of fraud in those entitlement programs. That’s what’s going to get cut.
