Email from Verizon.

Yesterday I got an email from Verizon.
It said that in my next bill I would be charged an additional $12.00.
It didn't explain why, and it isn't like my bill isn't already too high.

I also got a snail mail from Verizon telling me that my wife's phone was running out in December and i could get a free phone. I looked at the small print and it said free for 36 months and then a charge of $69.00.
Pretty sneaky huh?
If you are dealing with Verizon read the small print. and remember they have a permanent hard-on for their customers.

Just sneakin' around....
I get emails from Verizon all the time.
"We've been trying to contact you"
"There is a problem with your account"
"You've won a prize!"

Funny thing is.... I haven't had a Verizon account for a long time.

I just got an email from Verizon saying that I was not signed up for paperless billing. Funny, because I was last month....

Anyway, sure enough, I logged onto my Verizon account and I was no longer paperless. That has been corrected, but I'm guessing they had a system update or something that blew out settings. Dunno.

In addition, Verizon Customer Service is in an unknown foreign Nation. When I asked what Country, they refused to say.
