I know nothing about this company but every mortgage broker I know set personal income records last year and looking to do the same this year. If they have to advertise, I'd say they aren't good enough to be busy right now which isn't a very good thing. Sure, they love more deals coming in but most don't have to advertise to do so.

Google them and you will get a mix of reviews. Better Business Bureau them too.
Careful with any teasers to get you to call them. You get right down to it and it is all sixth grade math and no one is out (you or a money seller) to give away anything.

I just got the same mailer.
I can see the lure in that it speaks to low to no cost to you the consumer. It also appropriately mentions you must qualify.
Do your research and ask hard direct questions if you call them. Read and re-read anything you consider putting your signature on as always.

I hadn't posted to this site before but after seeing the question, i had to submit my thoughts. I recently refi'd my home thru the Embrace office in LaPlata. I had an excellent experience with them and in particular, my loan officer Frank Nesbit. Im in the cleaning business and my goal is to create "cheerleaders" from as many clients as possible. The agent who handled my ReFi did what I so often try to do - "exceed the clients expectations". My refi was handled quickly, professionally and i would strongly recommend Mr Nesbit and his company Embrace. I used Embrace Home Loans for the purchase of a new home in La Plata. My agent Frank Nesbit came through with flying colors with everything as advertised. I received a great loan at a great rate. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new home or a refinance.
