Emergency vehicles around Huntingtown???

I passed a side street off of 4 on my way into work this morning, south of Huntingtown, where I noticed a LOT of flashing lights, and about 5 more emerg. vehicles passed on the SB lanes after I got passed that point. Anyone know what was going on? This was about 6:45am.
