If we correctly pick the winner and the win is later ruled encumbered by NASCAR, do we still collect the 5 points?

After hearing Jeff Burton and Dale Jarrett rant on taking wins away, along with heavier fines, I wouldn't be surprised if NASCAR acts next year.
