Portis must hate Shannahan. That's twice he's dumped him.

Portis is better than any back the Skins have, but he's expensive. The reality of this league is that if you have the right OL, there are plenty of RBs who can run for 1000 yards. The Skins need to upgrade the OL or it won't matter who they have back there.
