Envoy making noise...

My Envoy is making a weird noise when running. My husband works on cars and checked all the normal maintenance stuff. It almost sounds like something is vibrating, but doesn't seem like anything is loose. We looked to see if there was a service bulletin on it, but can't come up with anything. It is very noticeable when the car is sitting still and just idling.

Anyone have this problem or any suggestions.
