Yoga for Equestrians


“A class for riders to develop and maintain flexibility, improve breathing, balance, body awareness and focus.”

Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm

March 5, 19, April 2, 16, 30
& May 7, 2008

6-week session $72
$15 per session for drop-ins

Suitable for all levels and disciplines of riding and for all levels of yoga experience. Non-riders also welcome.

Location: “A Room with a Brew”—
Rt. 5, across from Leonardtown H.S.

Instructor: Gina Guffey, RYT
Gina has been teaching yoga in Southern Maryland for 5 years and has riding experience with dressage, hunters and jumpers.
