Can one person use it repeatedly? Like hang around for the Heath Dept. vending guy to stock it up then immediately withdraw ALL of the Narcan kits?
Why are there no Insulin kits for diabetics?
How long before these machines are raided/stolen and the items are up on Craigslist or FB Marketplace?? How many 8-balls can be traded for 3 Narcan kits??
