This is amazing!
People are getting killed in this war?!?!? I can't belive this has ever happened in history before. i think that there were "peacetime" killings of citizens in Iraq when their unjustky removed leader was in charge. The fact that there have been deaths in wartime is just unforgivable!

Call me silly...
...but I kept looking over this link, re-reading it in fact, several times, because I had this wild thought that I might find and it might be relevent to include the figures of those killed by the prior leadership of Iraq. Kind of a 'the way it was' vs. 'the way it is' kind of thing.
Does that make sense or do the millions dead prior to this accounting not count the day we stepped ashore?
