Escaped Dogs in Town Creek?

I just saw a yellow lab and a white german shepherd, traveling together on Town Creek Drive. The shepherd looked like it had a bandana on, & the lab had a collar. Anyone missing them?

I used to see the one with the Bandana running around loose allot about 10 houes before the Church.
