Its no surprise at all. Just like the "student loan forgiveness" crap. SURE... you can get your entire loan forgiven. As long as you are a black student, below the age of 24, went to a for-profit ONLINE university, for a degree in cultural arts, with classes that occurred between September and October of 2018, you graduated with at least a B+ average, and it only rained less than 5 times during the course of your classes.
