I don't know why you would say that even I would admit that, but of course what grown adults consent to as refers to sex is up to them. Sodomy, S&M, homosexuality, even mutilating themselves with tattoo's, piercings on their bodies and genitalia or having some butcher Doctor cut off their sexual organs.
Children should be allowed to be children and grow without being mutilated, or corrupted by adults. If they wish to do these things when they reach an age where they can make their own decisions then that is their prerogative. Until then let them be children.

My definition of "child" is a prepubescent human being. After that it can be many illegal/immoral things but it's not pedophilia, regardless of what the ignorati say.
