Excel experts?

Does anyone know if I can print double sided in Excel? I've not been able to figure it out other than paste into Word and do it that way. Any help would be appreciated.

That feature would depend upon your printer capablilities. Excel won't care which side of the paper it's printing on, it would just continue to feed pages to the printer. Does your printer have the ability? If so, I can tell you how to tell the printer to do it.

OK to clarify it a little, I've got a list about 75 pages long. If I go to "print" in Excel, I don't have the option to print even, odd pages or anything like that. In Word I do have that possibility, so it's not the printer (HP laserjet5)

Do this, use the ctrl key to highlight every page you want to print then click "FILE" ...... "PRINT AREA" ...... "SET PRINT AREA" That will let you select the pages you want to print.

While sitting in your Excel spreadsheet...

go to File

Chose Print

Click on Properties

In the 'layout' tab you will see properties for print on both sides, chose the 'flip on long edge' button... click 'ok' then print... whala...
