Exodus 12:31 During the night Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said, “Up! Leave my people, you and the Israelites! Go, worship the Lord as you have requested. 32 Take your flocks and herds, as you have said, and go. And also bless me.”
33 The Egyptians urged the people to hurry and leave the country. “For otherwise,” they said, “we will all die!” 34 So the people took their dough before the yeast was added, and carried it on their shoulders in kneading troughs wrapped in clothing. 35 The Israelites did as Moses instructed and asked the Egyptians for articles of silver and gold and for clothing. 36 The Lord had made the Egyptians favorably disposed toward the people, and they gave them what they asked for; so they plundered the Egyptians.

In the movie "10 Commandments" Pharaoh pleaded with his god to save his son then he had a big discussion with Moses. Remember though, Pharaoh told Moses he never wanted to see him again. So when Moses and Aaron were summoned, some commentaries say that Pharaoh sent them word.
At any rate, this is exactly what God told Moses and Aaron would happen. That's why they ate standing up, fully clothed. That's why they didn't take the time to simmer the lamb. They cooked the lamb over an open flame and burned what they didn't eat. That's why they didn't put yeast in the bread they were making.
Look at verse 34. What is a kneading trough? Here's what GodVine says about it.
The people took their dough before it was leavened, etc. - There was no time now to make any regular preparation for their departure, such was the universal hurry and confusion. The Israelites could carry but little of their household utensils with them; but some, such as they kneaded their bread and kept their meal in, they were obliged to carry with them. The kneading troughs of the Arabs are comparatively small wooden bowls, which, after kneading their bread in, serve them as dishes out of which they eat their victuals. And as to these being bound up in their clothes, no more may be intended than their wrapping them up in their long, loose garments, or in what is still used among the Arabs, and called hykes, which is a long kind of blanket, something resembling a highland plaid, in which they often carry their provision, wrap themselves by day, and sleep at night. Dr. Shaw has been particular in his description of this almost entire wardrobe of an Arab. He says they are of different sizes and of different qualities, but generally about six yards in length, and five or six feet broad. He supposes that what we call Ruth's veil, Ruth 3:15, was a hyke, and that the same is to be understood of the clothes of the Israelites mentioned in this verse.
I got this from the easy English commentary.
At last, Pharaoh allowed the Israelites to leave. He was allowing their women and the children to go as well. And all the animals could go too. Although they were slaves, the Israelites had their own animals. Pharaoh even asked Moses to pray on his behalf.
The Egyptians wanted the Israelites to leave as quickly as possible. If the Israelites did not go, more terrible things would happen. The Egyptians were afraid that all of them would die.
Exodus 3:21-22 and Exodus 11:1-2. Those verses have recorded already how the Israelites requested gold and silver objects and clothes from the Egyptians. So the Israelites left Egypt like an army that had won a war. They carried away precious goods from the enemy. They did that when they defeated an enemy in a battle.

I can just see those Egyptians now.... "here take this, and this, and this, but please get out before anyone or anything else is destroyed".... it's almost comical.

Oh I tried to find a picture of a hyke but the only pictures that came up were from adidas.
